Remove
threaded end cap. Extract battery connector, connect 9 volt alkaline
battery or Model PSA-2 power adapter.
Place
powder or granules into spatula (spoon) taking care not to overfill,
spread material evenly over the length of the spatula. (oven dried powders
work better than non dried powders)
Hold
Auto-Spat TM over
dish or receptacle to be filled, depress switch with thumb or index
finger and hold firmly. Turn the speed control knob until material is
moving off the tip of spatula, you can also control the amount of material
by tilting spatula forward or backward.
If
dampness causes material to stick, wipe spatula with Isopropanol alcohol.
The Auto-Spat TM
should be treated like any electronic piece of equipment and
should be kept away from water and dampness.
Warranty:
Auto-Spat TM
has a limited 60 day warranty from date of purchase. The warranty
is void if the spatula is dropped or mishandled, or if the spatula is
pulled out from the body (fixed spoon model # VHS-1A)
CAUTION:
Auto-Spat TM
should not be used in areas with a buildup of flammable gases.
